Scrum Master

Scrum MasterWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices within our teams. The Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding teams in adopting Scrum principles, ensuring effective collaboration, and removing impediments to deliver high-quality products on time. This role acts as a servant-leader, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Agile excellence.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including:Daily stand-upsSprint planningSprint reviewsRetrospectivesGuide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practicesEnsure the team adheres to Scrum processes and frameworkRemove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progressCollaborate closely with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlogPromote transparency and clear communication across stakeholdersTrack and report progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.)Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedbackSupport multiple teams if required in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, etc.)Help the organization adopt Agile mindset and practices beyond the teamDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
