Key Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational, childcare, or similar settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students and staff

- Ability to assist students with academic, behavioral, and social needs as directed by certified teachers
- Understanding of classroom safety, confidentiality, and school procedures
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of teachers to reinforce lessons and support instructional activities
- Assist students one-on-one or in small groups with assignments, projects, and skill-building exercises
- Support classroom management and foster an organized, welcoming learning environment
- Aid with adapting lessons and materials for students with diverse learning needs
- Encourage student engagement and participation in school activities
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback to teachers regarding progress and areas of concern
