Bachelor's Degree Preferred OR HS Diploma with 5 years of related work experience REQUIRED
5 years of Project Manager Exp in Salesforce specifically.

• Job Description: This individual will function as an IT PM supporting the SCPMG HR Systems space with an emphasis on a Salesforce expertise + scope of work. This individual will need strong interpersonal skills as they will be speaking, presenting, and breaking down technical vs. non-technical items to a variety of levels of stakeholders. This role will also have a Technical Documentation component - KP developers contribute to these documents, and someone with experience reading/reviewing will be very helpful.
Preferable familiarity with the following Salesforce basic administration:

Macros and Quick Codes
• Reports
Create/change email templates
Home Page modifications
Case page layout changes
Queue management
Resolve production issues related to; macros, email templates, reports, pick list options
List view changes
User Training (once familiar with our process)
Project Management
Create and update Specs documents
Track and prioritize Salesforce team projects and tasks
Issue escalation to Salesforce
Maintain Project Sprints
Maintain Backlog; incl. intake process; priority, impacts, timeline, resources, etc.
Schedule work group meetings, demos & trainings
• Communications; provide monthly updates & user tips
