Job Type

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week . The schedule can be arranged from Monday to Saturday , with flexibility in days and hours based on business needs and individual preferences; however, availability on Saturdays is mandatory.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your success will be driven by:

• Utilizing clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and uncover underlying issues through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively creating and modifying evidence-based care plans that align with each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Implementing skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to enhance function and alleviate pain.
• Monitoring significant patient outcomes and adapting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Acting as a reliable resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Physical Therapist role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid Physical Therapist license (or the ability to obtain one in the state of practice).
• Demonstrate a passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Hold current CPR and first aid certifications.
• Have experience in general outpatient orthopedics, either as a licensed Physical Therapist or during clinical rotations for new graduates.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $85K to $112K+ , which includes productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities available for certifications.
