Contract Sales Recruiter

We’re partnering with a growing organization to hire a contract to possible permanent Sales Recruiter. This remote opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who brings strong sales recruiting experience, sound judgment, and the confidence to advise hiring managers. Our client needs a true talent partner, someone who can shape a search, offer market insight, and help leaders make informed hiring decisions in a fast paced, evolving environment.

• Sales Recruiter — Contract | Remote
• Pay $45-$50/hour

Responsible:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 20 open requisitions across inside sales, outside sales, business development, and account management.
• Partner with sales leaders to understand territory needs, business priorities, and the experience required for each role.
• Build targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing, direct outreach, and engagement with passive candidates.
• Assess sales talent using measurable results, including quota attainment, new business development, account growth, and retention.
• Guide hiring managers through intake meetings, candidate calibration, structured interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks, adjust sourcing strategies, and keep searches moving.
• Deliver a responsive, professional candidate experience while managing shifting priorities.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least one year of strong, dedicated sales recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success recruiting both inside and outside sales professionals.
• An understanding of the differences between salespeople focused on winning new business and those focused on growing existing accounts.
• The ability to build credibility with hiring managers, provide clear recommendations, and constructively challenge expectations when needed.
• Strong sourcing, organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Comfort working through change and balancing multiple searches with competing priorities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn recruiting tools; familiarity with iCIMS or Oracle Recruiting Cloud is a plus.
