You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional enterprise and strategic candidates who align with our company values and contribute to our growth objectives. This is a high-impact role — the people you bring in will be the ones closing deals with the world's leading enterprises, expanding our footprint, and helping us cement our position as the leader in enterprise generative AI.We're growing fast, and our GTM team is at the center of that growth. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across sales to understand their needs, build targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless candidate experience that makes top talent excited to join WRITER. Your work will directly shape the revenue org that takes our platform to hundreds more companies.This is a 6-month contract role based in our San Francisco or New York City offices, with the option for a hybrid or remote setup.
