Construction Contract Negotiator: Subcontractor Risk

Cosmo Cabinets in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Construction Contract Administrator to review and negotiate subcontracts with general contractors before we sign them. This is a contract negotiation and risk role, not a document control position. You will read every GC subcontract, identify clauses that shift unacceptable risk to us, redline contracts, and negotiate terms until we can sign. Build and maintain our subcontract clause playbook and advise leadership on deal breakers. #J-18808-Ljbffr cosmocabinets
