Position Estimator – Wausau, WI (Job ID: 162038) Responsibilities Provide an exceptional customer experience by coordinating repair needs and maintaining accurate documentation. Accurately assess vehicle damage and document needed repairs and parts replacements on the damage appraisal. Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, metrics, and WOW Operating Way’s regarding customer drop‑offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery. Maintain detailed, timely communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members. Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team as required and support team members when needed. Attend health & safety and staff meetings, training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by the Store Manager. Maintain the store’s KPIs by maximizing role performance and uphold the company’s Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect. Requirements & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year experience in vehicle estimation or related field. Knowledge of repair and OE guidelines. Understanding of insurance programs and procedures. Basic computer skills and ability to locate answers within company resources. Compliance with DRP’s. Valid driver’s license and willingness to complete I‑CAR Training.
