Lead ServiceNow Developer

Lead ServiceNow DeveloperJade is looking for resources with 8-12 years of experience who have a strong understanding of ServiceNow products. The role involves developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications, contributing to workflows and scripts to personalize existing applications, and automating and improving business processes. The candidate will create and manage web portals using JavaScript, BootStrap, and Angular. They will also monitor the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow and its applications, and work directly with end users to resolve issues. The technical abilities required include at least 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of ServiceNow IT products like ITSM or ITAM or ITOM or ITBM or SecOps. The candidate should have a passion for JavaScript and the web as a platform, reusability, and componentization. They will develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows, create and configure workflows based on business requirements and best practices, and perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems. They will also create and manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc. The candidate should have experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform.Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a collaborative environment, detail-oriented, problem-solving abilities, demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly, strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity, and working experience in Agile are required.Our development programs are designed to promote technical growth and enhance leadership and relationship skills across individuals.
