Description Grassland Dairy Products is looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Dryer Equipment Operator to join our production team. In this key role, you’ll help transform fresh dairy liquids—like milk and whey—into high-quality powdered products used across the globe. What You’ll Do: Operate and monitor state-of-the-art drying equipment in our fluid department Ensure efficient, safe, and consistent drying processes for dairy products Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain peak performance Work closely with quality assurance to meet product specifications Maintain cleanliness and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Keep accurate logs and documentation throughout the production process What We’re Looking For: Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Experience in food processing or manufacturing is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team setting Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment Summary of Benefits: We are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being and success of our team members, including: Health & Dental Insurance – 100% of premiums paid by the company with low deductibles. 401(k) Retirement Plan – With 5% company match after 6 months of employment. Summary of Pay: Compensation for this position ranges from $20.00/hrto $31.12/hr, plus a $1.00/hr shift differential. Position Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. While prior manufacturing experience is preferred, it's not necessary — we’re willing to train the right candidate.
