AI Engineer with Copilot & Genesys

Salary: $70,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:
- Collaborative approach and strong communication skills
- Ability to manage all phases of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering through implementation
- Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks
- Design interest and hands-on coding experience
- Proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and improving applications
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support software integration
- We ask you to document assigned business requirements in line with provided guidance
- We expect you to facilitate software application design discussions and record decisions to guide the technical team
- We ask you to contribute code and integrate features or updates into existing applications while helping maintain system stability
- We expect you to review code, make codebase changes, and maintain code repositories
- We ask you to implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold software quality
- We expect you to develop user training, documentation, and support resources to help users transition to new applications
- We ask you to help resolve production issues and recommend preventive measures to improve system reliability
- We expect you to maintain detailed records of code, testing methods, and support activities to strengthen our knowledge base and assist similar projects
