Job Summary:

The Manager, Treasury is responsible for leading the Company’s treasury, cash management, debt compliance, and accounts receivable functions. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role oversees daily liquidity management, banking administration and controls, cash forecasting, commercial card programs, debt facility administration, covenant reporting, and treasury-related management reporting. The position also manages cash application and collections activities, partners with internal stakeholders to support working capital initiatives, and maintains effective relationships with banking partners, lenders, and external service providers to ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and liquidity management across the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash positioning across all bank accounts, including funding decisions, sweeps, intercompany transfers, and short-term borrowing or investment activity.
• Administer the Company's bank account structure, including account openings and closings, signatory maintenance, and bank portal user access and entitlements.
• Own the banking control environment, including positive pay, ACH debit filters, dual approval requirements, and payment fraud prevention protocols.
• Prepare and maintain short-term and rolling cash forecasts; analyze variances to forecast and communicate liquidity position to management.
• Manage the Company's commercial card and purchasing card programs, including card issuance, credit limits, spend policy compliance, rebate optimization, and program reporting.
• Monitor compliance with debt covenants under the Company's credit agreements; prepare quarterly compliance certificates and supporting calculations for lender submission.
• Support the administration of the Company's debt facilities, including borrowings, repayments, interest settlements, and lender reporting requirements.
• Manage banking relationships, including service reviews, fee analysis, and negotiation of treasury service agreements.
• Prepare treasury reporting for management, including cash, debt, liquidity, card program metrics, and derivative valuations.
• Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls; support internal and external audit requests related to cash, debt, and treasury operations.
• Support the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes with respect to cash flow, interest expense, and debt balances.
• Partner with Accounts Payable on payment strategy, method optimization, and working capital initiatives.
• Oversee daily management of the Cash Application team, including the timely and accurate application of customer receipts, research of unapplied and unidentified cash, and resolution of remittance discrepancies.
• Own the Collections function and the performance of the accounts receivable portfolio, including days sales outstanding, aging, collection effectiveness, and bad debt expense.
• Partner with the Commercial team and senior management by quickly bringing issues to their attention, working to understand the root cause, and offering potential solutions.
• Establish and maintain credit and collections policy, including dunning cadence, escalation paths, credit holds, and approval thresholds, and ensure the policy is applied consistently.
• Support corporate development and financing activities as required.
• Special projects, as required.

Required Education and Credentials :

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting. MBA or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.
• A minimum of five years of related treasury, banking, or corporate finance experience.
