La Nurse Home Care Registry, a mid-size Florida based private duty home care and staffing company is seeking an experienced person for Scheduling in our Delray Beach office to join our current team.
Job Duties:
Scheduling
Assist with client scheduling
Communicate with clients regarding their scheduling needs
Work with independent contractor caregivers to refer clients
On Call Rotation-Take calls after hours and weekends for all emergencies, scheduling issues/changes, and new client referrals.
Required Experience:
Bachelors Degree preferred, High School Diploma required
2-4 years’ experience in home care or recruiting
Must have experience with Client Scheduling
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and customer service skills
Critical thinking skills, including the ability to problem solve accordingly
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Excellent follow through
Excellent time management and organizational skills
MatrixCare or comparable software experience preferred
Computer skills
