Job Description

Recruiter/HR Generalist

Temp 3+ months $27/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and some salaried positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing staffing needs.

• Provide HR support in areas such as employee onboarding, timekeeping, leave of absence administration, and basic wage and hour compliance.

• Assist with HR administration, employee support, and special projects as needed.

• Potential for travel occasionally to Houston locations as business needs require.

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting and HR generalist functions.

• Working knowledge of timekeeping, wage and hour regulations, and leave of absence processes.

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to support multiple locations and manage competing priorities.

• Industrial/manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred.

• Manufacturing or production recruiting experience a plus.

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Assignment Details:

• Temporary assignment - anticipated duration is approximately two months, based on business needs.

• Onsite in Grand Prairie, TX with potential for occasional travel to Houston.
