Customer Service Coordinator

To enhance customer experience, the temporary fully remote Customer Service Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while following up on outstanding tickets Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and participate in site navigation meetings Required qualifications Proficiency in using multiple software platforms such as Zendesk, BlueCherry, and Shopify Fashion brand experience preferred Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude Experience working independently as well as in a team environment Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs Virtual Vocations Inc
