Eager to hire an Accounts Payable Coordinator to work fully on site in Valley Cottage, NY. Looking to hire right away!
- Accurately process a high volume of invoices in a timely manner
- Review and identify discrepancies, including issues related to quantity, pricing, and tax, and escalate as needed
- Assist with invoice validation, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Work with Supply Chain and Receiving teams to resolve purchase order discrepancies
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and respond to payment-related inquiries
- Good Excel skills
