Job Description:NOTE: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.The RoleThe Senior Manager, Regulatory Accounting leads the oversight of audit package workflows and financial data integrity supporting regulatory reporting. It requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in mutual fund accounting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency in a dynamic regulatory environment.Lead all aspects of preparation and review of reconciliations, financial statement data, and regulatory reporting deliverablesLead multiple reporting-cycle priorities, ensuring accuracy and timelinessIdentify and mitigate risks through deep understanding of policies, procedures, and regulationsLead onboarding and intake planning for new products and investment typesPartner with internal/external stakeholders on strategic and operational initiativesProvide leadership, direction, and process oversight across workflows and teamsBuild and maintain strong cross-functional business relationshipsThe Expertise and Skills You BringBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)Expertise in Mutual Fund Operations, Accounting or Regulatory Reporting. Alternative products experience a plus.Strong knowledge of alternative investments and regulatory reporting requirementsProven leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholdersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExperience with InvestOne and Microsoft Office toolsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with strong accountability and ownershipThe TeamThe Accounting for Regulatory Reporting Compliance (ARRC) Team is responsible for delivering quality accounting system data to internal and external business partners supporting regulatory reporting requirements. The team prepares and delivers over 7k annual audit workpapers supporting mutual funds, private funds and alternative products. Fidelity’s monthly regulatory reporting requirements cannot be met without our team accurately delivering this information in a timely manner.Fidelity’s Onsite Working ModelFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
