Production Technician

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented Production Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining safety, quality, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently while following established production procedures.

Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation & Material Processing

• Set up, operate, and monitor powder processing equipment, including mills, blenders, screeners, and air classifiers.
• Feed raw materials into processing equipment according to established procedures.
• Follow approved machine settings and operational parameters.
• Maintain accurate and timely production records and logs.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any operational concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Word and Excel functions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Must successfully complete respirator fit testing prior to working on the production floor.
• Must be able to wear a respirator as required for the work environment.
• Candidates must comply with respiratory protection requirements to ensure a proper seal and safe use of equipment.
