We are currently seeking a skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven experienced Weekend Supervisor RN (Registered Nurse) to join our ever-growing team!
ABOUT PARKLANDS CARE CENTER- Located in Gainesville, FL, we are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that is dedicated to helping our residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest. We offer a modern, comfortable, and secure facility staffed by caring professionals where individuals receive the finest sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care. Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Weekend Supervisor (Registered Nurse)
Oversee and supervise the nursing staff on assigned weekend shifts.
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to ensure quality care delivery.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician orders.
Ensure resident safety and well-being throughout the weekend.
Document care accurately and comprehensively according to company policies and regulations.
Respond to resident and family concerns, promoting open communication and a positive experience.
We are looking for an RN with:
An active RN license in the state of Florida (required).
Current CPR certification (required).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing care setting (preferred).
Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
Job Requirements of RNs (Registered Nurse)
Registered Nurse current state license in Florida
One (1) year related nursing experience preferred
Must have a current/active CPR certification.
$5,000 per month
