- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of deadlines, renewals, and follow-up items simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to catch and correct discrepancies before they become compliance issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); comfortable learning new licensing or compliance tracking systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and responsive when interfacing with brokers, agents, and regulatory agencies.
