Telemarketing Clerk

$17 per hour

Bilingual Telemarketing Clerk (Spanish/English) Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Hours: 40 hours per week Position Type: Temp-to-Hire We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Telemarketing Clerk to join our team. This position requires fluent Spanish and English communication skills, as a large percentage of our customers are Spanish‑speaking, particularly in South Texas and border communities. Candidates must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English. Spanish language proficiency will be assessed during the interview process through a conversational evaluation. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing and current customers. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls. Take customer orders by phone and email. Process orders accurately using order processing software. Assist customers with questions, concerns, returns, and order inquiries. Process customer payments for orders placed. Maintain accurate customer records and order information. Provide exceptional customer service while building positive customer relationships. Qualifications Fluent in both Spanish and English (required). Previous telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, or call center experience preferred. Experience handling outbound and inbound customer calls. Strong computer skills and experience with order processing software. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills. Preferred Experience Order entry and order management. Customer account support. Payment processing. Handling returns and customer issue resolution.
