Treatment Coordinator

Are you looking to join an experienced team of dedicated and passionate individuals? Triangle Restoration Dentistry is seeking a Treatment Coordinator who has the uncommon blend of excellent technical and administrative skills along with genuine care and concern for patients and one another.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, address or redirect to the correct team member as appropriate
• Patient check in/check out
• Schedule appointments to optimize efficiency and patient experience
• Verify insurance for new patients and new insurance for existing patients in advance
• Check new patient appointments for the coming week, add insurance information to patient record, and verify the insurance benefits
• Review treatment plans with patients with the guidance of the doctor and/or dental assistant. Help them to understand sequence of procedures and timing of payments. Assist with application for third-party financing if patient wishes.
• File claims
• Answer questions from patients about their insurance or claims

Qualifications:

• 2+ years dental experience preferred
• Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with your co-workers and patients
• Driven personality to want to strive to be the best in your profession and provide the best care for our patients.
