Customer Service Specialist

Resolve customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and schedule service appointments. Welcome prospective new customers interested in learning about our services. Make outbound calls to confirm service appointments, gather feedback, and collect overdue payments. Maintain daily reporting and update customer account information. Assist with accounts payable, human‑resource paperwork, and payroll processing. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED at a minimum. Previous phone‑based customer service experience. Strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent computer, typing, and ten‑key skills. Effective time‑management and a sense of urgency.
