Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and flexible Retail Store Manager to lead the setup and launch of a new retail locations across the country. As the key leader during the store’s opening phase, you will oversee all aspects of store setup; unloading inventory, setting up fixtures and setting inventory according to planogram, as well as set up store signage and pos systems. Must have multi-unit experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive setup of the new store, including merchandising, inventory organization, and POS (Point of Sale) system installation.
• Must be able to travel!! This role is on the road most of the time with a new store set up each month.
• Proven management experience in retail environments with a focus on new store openings or setup projects.
• Demonstrated skills in recruiting, training & development, employee orientation, and team supervision.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly preferred.
