Trusted Process Specialist (Morrisville, NC – 50% travel) We are looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused professional to support the execution of The Trusted Process® methodology across the drug development lifecycle. Job Responsibilities In this role you will: Lead Trusted Process activities and meetings that align cross‑functional teams and drive results. Create open, trust‑based environments that promote dialogue, respect, and productive conflict resolution. Use data and insights to evaluate project health , identify risks, and elevate concerns before they impact delivery. Guide teams through Syneos Health’s processes at every project stage, connecting experts and promoting best practices. Ensure quality and delivery of deliverables through disciplined yet flexible checks. Foster collaboration, manage group dynamics and empower stakeholders to contribute their perspectives toward shared goals. Own your growth through ongoing learning, cross‑functional exposure, and leadership of initiatives. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent experience. 1‑2+ years in pharma, biotech, or CRO environments preferred. Experience facilitating or leading cross‑functional meetings. Excellent communication and public‑speaking skills; experience engaging senior stakeholders. Comfort managing complex, sensitive conversations with professionalism. Ability to balance structure and adaptability in process‑driven environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adopt new technologies. Strong emotional intelligence and comfort with ambiguity and change. Professional presence and ability to interact across all organizational levels. Eagerness to travel up to 50%.
