Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Warehouse Operations Supervisor role at Cencora's distribution center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, overseeing night shift operations (Sunday-Thursday, 7pm). Responsibilities include hiring and managing warehouse associates, directing workflow across receiving, shipping, and controlled substance handling, ensuring compliance with safety and DEA regulations.

Responsibilities

Hire, manage, train, and monitor performance of warehouse associates; track attendance and manage overtime
Oversee receiving, shipping, picking, packing, returns, and controlled substance cage/vault operations
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, warehouse policies, procedures, and DEA regulations for controlled substances
Monitor work processes and recommend productivity improvements; maintain accurate shipment records and manifests
Resolve customer delivery and order-filling issues; oversee quality of packing to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or equivalent experience
Minimum two years directly related and progressively responsible warehouse operations experience
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with effective oral and written communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Working knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management processes
Basic mathematical and analytical skills; strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Willingness to work extended hours, weekend on-call rotation, and participate in physical inventory

Compensation: $5,000 sign-on bonus
