As a Principal Process Manager you will be part of a smart talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to your customer each and every time. General Responsibilities:

• Leading and owning oversight of smaller process improvement work and collaborating with teammates on larger initiatives
• Collecting data and information using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executives
• Leading risk management assessments and driving accurate audit or exam responses
• Identify and implement process improvements driving issue resolution and risk mitigation activities
• Understanding customers needs of the process and driving process improvements

• Developing and maintaining formal process documentation including creation or updating procedures
• Acting as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions
• May lead a team and direct others on projects

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma GED or equivalent certification

• At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite
• At least 1 year of Process Management experience
• At least 1 year of internal audit or regulatory exam experience
• At least 1 year of experience working with Compliance and Risk Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or military experience
• Business Process Management certification or Project Management certification

• 2 years of experience in Process Management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Plano TX: $98900 - $112900 for Principal Process Manager

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
