Our client in the sunny, vibrant Southern California region is partnering with us to find a Physical Therapist to join their expanding team. This hospital-based outpatient clinic is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment while delivering exceptional patient care. Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to enhance patients' mobility and reduce pain.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques for home-based care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical and functional limitations.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Current license in the state of California
- Current CPR certification and BLS preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.
- Strong written and verbal skills
