Marketing Graphics Specialist

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Marketing Graphics Specialist will create marketing materials, develop graphics for proposals, and produce promotional content to support business development efforts. Key responsibilities Collaborate with the Proposals Director and Business Development Team to create marketing materials that showcase the company's capabilities Review solicitation documentation and develop graphics for proposals, including charts and promotional materials Participate in proposal reviews and assist other proposal staff as needed to ensure quality and accuracy of submissions Required qualifications BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in a large-proposal Government contracting environment as a Marketing/Graphics Specialist Advanced knowledge of proposal development principles and graphic design expertise Proficiency in Desktop Publishing/graphics programs and MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Visio Technical writing ability is a plus
