Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Early Career

Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs. Build relationships with external recruiting partners, staffing agencies, and community organizations. Participate in community outreach activities to promote employment opportunities. Engage third‑party job board partnerships. Maintain, review, and update applicant tracking system. Maintain staffing data and workforce reports (headcount, vacancies, turnover). Forecast hiring needs, assess labor markets, and prevent talent shortages. Ensure all hiring and onboarding practices comply with labor regulations. Maintain a working knowledge of company benefits, policies, and procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 3–5 years experience in high‑volume recruiting or human resources. Ability to travel across U.P. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or business intelligence (BI) tools.
