Associate Recruiter Emerging Talent

Summary We are seeking a dynamic Associate Recruiter to support and scale our emerging talent strategy. This role goes beyond coordination—owning full-cycle recruiting while co‑leading key programs that build our future workforce. This position will support our Emerging Talent team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in‑office and/or show‑site 2‑3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of Dallas, TX. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for technical and corporate function roles Drive hiring outcomes and pipeline quality, moving beyond scheduling and coordination Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, aligning talent strategy to business needs Travel to campuses, conferences, and recruiting events to engage and assess top talent from universities, technical colleges, and high schools Evaluate candidates against real business needs and role requirements Co‑manage Summer Internship and Return‑to‑Work programs Support end‑to‑end program execution, including onboarding, curriculum development, and overall experience design Partner cross‑functionally to deliver a high‑impact, consistent candidate and intern experience Education & Experience 3+ years of experience working within a talent acquisition team, providing recruiting support and engaging directly with candidates Experience in full‑cycle recruiting, ideally in early career or high‑volume environments Exposure to program management or interest in building talent programs Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving environment Willingness to travel for recruiting up to 30% Travel Requirements Travel 25% to 50% What We Offer The Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
