We are looking for a graphic designer to join the Fluency Firm creative team.

Founded by a couple of DTC veterans with over 20+ years of experience in marketing & growth, Fluency Firm provides data-driven growth & lifecycle services to ecommerce brands to build and scale audiences, customers, companies, and revenue through performance marketing, email & lifecycle programs, creative, analytics, and technology.

About This Job:

You are a graphic designer who lives in the world of design and stays up to date on the latest trends and design best practices. You have 3+ years of experience and have worked with multiple forms of design from static images, to video editing, to simple animations. You have experience at media agencies, or working with multiple brands at once, and are able to create while being brand forward.

You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and you are team-oriented, have a positive attitude, and a strong thirst for learning. You have a sense of humor, an amazing work ethic, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and iterate on branded assets in partnership with paid media creative strategists and email strategists
• Manage multiple assignments and/or clients at once
• Be able to understand and work from a high-level brief
• Create engaging digital assets in multiple variations and sizes for paid social, paid search, and Email platforms (Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Work closely with all departments to ensure that the creative needs of your brands are met
• Edit a variety of video footage and static imagery - ability to animate motion graphics is a plus
• Design performance oriented email creative to support campaigns for various audiences
• Ensure designs consistently align with established brand guidelines

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of agency or brand experience, with an emphasis on graphic design
• Experience with graphic and motion design preferred
• Knowledge of layout and typography
• Video Editing experience required
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, and Figma
