Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Livermore, CA 94550
$25.00/hour | Full-Time - 40 hrs | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Global leader in the medical industry is looking for an organized and friendly Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support the daily operations of a busy office. This is a full-time, onsite position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and employees
  • Answer the front desk and provide general office support
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Set up conference rooms and assist with meetings
  • Support day-to-day office operations
  • Help plan employee events and engagement activities
  • Track and complete administrative requests
  • Prepare basic correspondence and internal communications

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, office support, receptionist, or office coordinator experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
