Sr. SCADA Organization & Change Management Analyst - (100% Remote)

Job Description

Required

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in organizational change management, business process transformation, or operational consulting, with a significant portion in utility or energy sector environments
Demonstrated experience working within NERC-regulated utility environments , with a solid understanding of reliability standards, compliance obligations, and operational governance
Familiarity with the governance and operational requirements of government-owned or government-controlled utilities
Proven ability to lead OCM initiatives including stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training development, and adoption measurement
Deep expertise in utility operations and business processes , including control room operations, SCADA/EMS systems, or grid operations
Experience conducting current-state assessments and developing future-state operating models
Strong facilitation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a complex, matrixed organization
Must be able to obtain and pass required background screening (including applicable government/utility security clearance requirements).
