We're looking for a reliable Material Handler to support production operations by moving materials, supplying workstations, and helping maintain an efficient workflow throughout the facility. This is a great opportunity to join a company known for its strong culture, teamwork, and employee-focused environment, where your contributions directly impact daily production success.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the facility.Deliver raw materials and components to welders and machine operators to keep production running smoothly.Transport finished products to designated staging and storage areas.Stage products from the expansion area and prepare work areas for upcoming production.Assist with loading and unloading materials, including oversized items such as augers.Help maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations throughout the shop.Support production teams by ensuring prep bays are stocked and ready for use.Work closely with welders, operators, and shop personnel to maximize productivity.Follow all company safety procedures and best practices while working indoors and outdoors as needed.Required Qualifications:At least 1 year of sit-down forklift experience.Ability to safely operate a forklift in tight spaces and active production environments.Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs when needed.Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or material handling environments.Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.Ability to work independently after training while remaining a dependable team player.Preferred Experience:Previous weld shop or fabrication environment experience.Material staging, inventory, shipping/receiving, or production support experience.General knowledge of packaging, unloading, and warehouse operations.Why You'll Love This OpportunityConsistent 1st shift schedule with evenings freeSupportive leadership and team-oriented cultureStable manufacturing environment with long-term opportunitiesWork that keeps you active and engaged throughout the dayOpportunity to develop your forklift and production support skillsBe a valued member of a team that relies on your work every daySchedule1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMWork EnvironmentThis position is based in a busy manufacturing facility and works closely with welders and production teams.
