Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper
Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper opportunity Fort Lauderdale based holdings company is seeking a Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper to join their growing property management team, real estate experience a must. Monthly invoicing for tenants, customers for multiple real estate properties. Process accounts payable, print checks answering vendor inquiries in place of management. Processing of bank deposits, responsible for bookkeeping for sizable real estate portfolio. Conduct financial research into opportunities to increase revenue/decrease expenses. Bachelor's degree in accounting required 5+ year's accounting experience, must know Yardi Premier, and Voyager is a plus.
