At The Heights, Excellence in Care begins the moment someone walks through our doors. As our Part-Time Receptionist, you’ll play an important role in supporting daily operations and ensuring residents, families, visitors, and staff always feel welcomed and assisted.

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and staff with professionalism and courtesy

• Answer incoming calls, transfer calls appropriately, and take accurate messages

• Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain visitor logs

• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed

• Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and other communications

• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area

• Protect resident privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor

• Comfortable using phones, computers, and standard office equipment

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

• Flexibility to work the established part-time schedule, including occasional weekends or holidays as needed
