About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its new department, which is dedicated to launching innovative initiatives in the HealthTech sector. The successful candidate will be part of an elite team, directly collaborating with the department founder and a world-class group of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders. This role offers maximum ownership, a high-growth environment, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects without the constraints of corporate bureaucracy. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for leading and executing core initiatives, translating strategic vision into execution roadmaps, and driving the implementation of scalable solutions to position the department for rapid growth. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements.
