Property Manager

Lead, coach, and develop an amazing onsite team. Drive leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals. Deliver outstanding customer service to residents every day. Walk your community daily to ensure it looks its best. Partner with your Maintenance Supervisor to keep service requests completed quickly. Oversee apartment turns and make-ready schedules. Manage budgets, expenses, collections, and financial performance. Review monthly financials and identify opportunities to improve property performance. Prepare reports including payroll, collections, market surveys, inspections, and operating reports. Manage rent collections, deposits, notices, and resident accounts. Approve invoices and monitor purchasing within budget. Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and recognize team members. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching. Build marketing strategies using social media and local outreach. Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, company policies, and operational standards. Create an environment where residents love living and team members love working.

Property management leadership experience. Experience leading and developing a successful team. Strong financial and budgeting skills. Great communication and customer service. Experience with Yardi or other property management software. Strong organization and attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed. Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Eligible for quarterly Property Manager bonus. Eligible for monthly property performance bonuses. Eligible for year end bonus.
