Oncology Account Specialist (GYN/GU) - Tacoma, WA and Alaska

AstraZeneca seeks an Oncology Account Specialist for the Tacoma, Washington and Alaska region to engage healthcare providers in gynecological and genitourinary cancer care. The role focuses on clinical selling, account planning, and educating healthcare professionals on oncology products and companion diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Learn account priorities and local clinical trends for specific tumor types
- Conduct opportunity assessments and identify multidisciplinary customers across the patient journey
- Develop tumor-focused business plans and engagement strategies for key account partners
- Educate healthcare providers on drug efficacy, safety, dosing, and companion diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with peer field team members to identify cross-brand engagement opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years sales or commercial experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Oncology sales experience in breast, lung, hematology, gynecology, genitourinary, or gastrointestinal cancer preferred
- Experience launching products and managing complex portfolios preferred
Compensation: $132,756 - $228,954 base annual salary
