San Jose, CA 95125 | Full-Time

This is a career-track insurance sales role designed for professionals who want to grow into a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner .

What You’ll Do

Sell Auto, Home, and Commercial insurance
Build and manage a personal book of business
Develop sales, leadership, and agency operations skills

Who This Is For

Professionals with sales experience (insurance preferred)
Interested in long-term growth and business ownership
CA Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation

$120,000 - $150,000 annual potential
Base pay during training + uncapped commission
Training, mentorship, and ownership pathway
