San Jose, CA 95125 | Full-Time
This is a career-track insurance sales role designed for professionals who want to grow into a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner .
What You’ll Do- Sell Auto, Home, and Commercial insurance
- Build and manage a personal book of business
- Develop sales, leadership, and agency operations skills
- Professionals with sales experience (insurance preferred)
- Interested in long-term growth and business ownership
- CA Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- $120,000 - $150,000 annual potential
- Base pay during training + uncapped commission
- Training, mentorship, and ownership pathway
