Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in San Jose, CA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for State Farm MARIA WANG Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Total Compensation: $45,000 - $100,000+

Requirements:

• Sales experience, especially Life insurance and Commercial Insurance is strongly preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
