Automation Maintenance Manager

Join Lineage Logistics as a Facility Maintenance Manager – Automation, where you will lead the maintenance operations supporting a highly automated cold storage facility. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management – Direct and develop a medium to large team of technicians, ensuring optimal performance and skill development. Automation System Oversight – Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize ASRS, AGVs, automated conveyance systems, and other automated equipment. CAPEX & Budgeting – Develop and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) and maintenance budgets to support operational efficiency. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance – Implement and refine maintenance programs to maximize uptime and system reliability. Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement. Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to company safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Qualifications Experience – Minimally 4 years in automated system maintenance within an industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environment. Leadership – Strong experience managing and developing technical teams. Analytical & Problem‑Solving – Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Technical Expertise – Advanced understanding of ASRS, AGVs, PLCs, CMMS systems, and industrial automation technologies. Financial Acumen – Experience in CAPEX planning, budgeting, and cost control. Continuous Improvement – Ability to troubleshoot complex automated systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
