Position Profile In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of East Care Connect across the East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) including the delivery of clinical services and programs, and the coordination with other providers. Additionally, the successful applicant will oversee, promote and develop innovative programs in community and virtual healthcare across EMHS and work collaboratively across EMHS to achieve the delivery of a high-quality, efficient and effective community and virtual health service to the population.
