Territory Managers drive territory sales performance and market growth by achieving targets, expanding market share, and securing new business opportunities. They build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted expert to support retention and growth across the Rayner product portfolio. They develop and execute strategic territory plans to deliver sustainable short‑ and long‑term sales and profit growth.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL

Degree or equivalent Strong customer relationships and delivering customer centric solutions Effectively build networks inside and outside of organisation Experience in selling medical devices in operating room / clinical environments Valid driver’s license Fluency in local language

DESIRABLE

Experience of working in ophthalmology industry Experience selling premium intraocular lenses (IOLs)
