Territory Manager – Tampa / St Petersburg We’re working with a global medical device company specialising in ophthalmic surgical solutions, with a strong focus on premium intraocular lenses and technologies used in cataract and refractive surgery. They are a well-established player in the ophthalmology space with a strong reputation for innovation, surgeon education and improving patient outcomes globally. This is a field-based commercial role focused on driving territory growth across the Florida Gulf Coast. Key focus Own and deliver territory revenue targets Develop and grow relationships with ophthalmic surgeons & hospital stakeholders Drive adoption of surgical, IOL and ocular surface products Deliver product demos and clinical/educational support in theatre and clinic Build long-term account strategy and expand market share across the territory What they’re looking for Strong medical device sales background (theatre / clinical environment essential) Experience building relationships with surgeons or hospital accounts Ideally ophthalmology exposure (IOLs, cataract or similar) Strong hunter mindset with proven territory growth success Confident, resilient, and able to work autonomously in a field-based role If you’re open to hearing more, drop me a message or send your CV over and I’ll share full details. #J-18808-Ljbffr
