Director OF Product

Leading the operational efforts of the Product, Engineering, and Design teams, the remote Director of Product Development Operations will manage a small product operations team, set strategic direction for product and engineering operations, and ensure efficient delivery of user-centric solutions. Key responsibilities Build and develop a high-performing Product Development Operations team while directly managing the UX Design team Define and own the operational framework for planning, prioritization, and execution across Product and Engineering organizations Oversee release management strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery and managing cross-team dependencies Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in product operations, engineering operations, or program management within a technology organization 2+ years of experience managing and developing a team Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and release management Experience administering tools like Jira, Confluence, Airfocus, and Pendo
