Travel and Events Coordinator

To support the CEO in a full-time remote capacity, the Travel and Events Coordinator will manage all travel arrangements, coordinate special events, and serve as the primary liaison for travel-related inquiries. Key responsibilities Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements for the CEO, including itinerary planning and addressing travel-related issues Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure resource availability Organize and execute special events, managing logistics, budgets, and vendor contracts for various engagements Required qualifications Proven experience in travel coordination, event planning, or executive support roles, preferably with C-suite executives Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interactions with stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in travel booking systems, calendar management tools, and event planning software Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
