Now Hiring: Experienced Grill Cook

Location: Round Bagels & Donuts – Wilmington, NC

Pay: $18–$21/hr (includes tips!)

Job Type: Part-time

We're growing—and we need a top-tier Grill Cook who can keep up, lead by example, and help us elevate our kitchen operations.

Who We’re Looking For:

We're looking for a skilled, dependable, and fast-moving Grill Cook with a great attitude who doesn’t fold under pressure and is always looking for ways to help—even during slow moments. You’re someone who sees what needs to be done and jumps in without being asked.

Must-Haves:

· Minimum 1 year of high-volume grill experience

· Positive, team-first attitude

· Cool and steady under pressure

· Self-motivated and always moving—don’t stand still waiting for direction

· Strong references

· Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

· Weekend aavailability

Responsibilities:

· Execute breakfast and lunch orders efficiently and accurately

· Grill proteins, cook eggs, and assemble bagel sandwiches

· Move fast and maintain high standards—even during rushes

· Clean, restock, and prep during slower periods without needing direction

· Keep your station organized and ready at all times

· Communicate clearly with the team to keep service running smoothly

· Maintain food safety and sanitation protocols

· Assist in training and supporting newer team members
