Account Executive - B2B

Compensation Year 1 total on‑target earnings around $102,000 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 total on‑target earnings ranging from $105,000–125,000 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Base salary: $63,000. Benefits Base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses. Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental coverage. Hybrid sales environment (home office and in‑field work). Recognition and incentives, including an annual President’s Club trip. Clear career path in both leadership and sales with high potential for promotions. Three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job and ongoing companywide support. Responsibilities Selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. Offering websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO. Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments. Growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through strong account management. Performing virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
